I totally believe this. Not only is it a muscle, but it’s about the momentum for me. Launching a rocket into space every single day takes so much effort and energy. But once it’s up there, daily maintenance keeps it orbiting smoothly. I actually have no idea if that is true, but it’s a metaphor I’ve used for years and it works for me.
